Report on the problems with poverty (Written exam - kvinta)

This report looks at poverty on the world. Poverty is condition in which a person or community is deprived of, and or lacks the essentials for a minimum standard of well-being and life. Poverty is also deprivation of money, food, clothes, education etc. About 3-milliard people live below terminus of poverty. Every day, we can watch problems with poverty and famine on TV. The UNO makes an effort to eliminate poverty.

THE RICH PEOPLES´ VIEW
Some rich people say that we must give aid to poor people. But somebody resent it. They claim that poverty is a problem only for individual people and it isn´t a problem for society.

THE POOR PEOPLES´ VIEW
They argue that rich people live to the detriment of poor people and that humanitarian aid isn´t sufficient.

RESOLUTION OF POVERTY
The UNO wants to reduce the number of people who live from an income lower than 1 USD per day. at the half. The UNO wants to achieve this state until year 2015.

CONCLUSION
To sum up we can say that poverty is a big problem all over the world. And we must resovlve this problem.
